 Our cuisine
Youth, experience, and know-how come together in this recently opened restaurant in the heart of Marbella´s "golden mile." The young chef, Jaime Pérez Sicilia, is a former student of Ferrán Adriŕ, with whom he worked in Adriŕ´s restaurant in Rosas as well as in El Bulli Catering. Together with his team, Pérez presents original projects that will surely have the town talking. The restaurant is an enclave that, in addition to provoking great culinary interest, fuses quality and modern, avant-garde decoration. The finest examples of its cuisine are found in the "Mollet" eggs with sautéed shitake mushrooms and ham crust, in the cod "esqueixada" (typical Catalan dish), the turbot "suquet" (flatfish prepared in a regionally-typical way), or in the Marrakech-style lamb ribs with stewed pineapple. It is, in short, a cuisine characterized by market-fresh products with a strong Catalan influence and important Andalusian touches. Provocative desserts include the layered chocolate. In addition, the restaurant offers an attractive and complete assortment of cheeses as well as an interesting wine list with a wide range of selections at very reasonable prices.
