From the typical Iberian sausage to a candied mushroom carpaccio with truffles and red pepper to a fresh foie with apple marmalade and tangerine with balsamic acetate caramel, we offer a wide range of starters. For the main course, we offer such tempting dishes as rolled monkfish, garlic puree with cuttlefish noodles, sirloin steak, smoked meat, lentil coulis, or spinach "tempura". And to finish off the meal at Trento, an assortment of the most exquisite house desserts: white chocolate flan, yogurt cream with lemon, or tiramisu. The wine list includes a great selection of wines from different regions. In summertime, right in front of the Dominican convent and the plaza del Concilio de Trento, you can have dinner or an aperitif on the magnificent outdoor terrace.
