 Our Restaurant:
In front of La Capilla a young team is in charge of preparing the cuisine under the guidelines of Javier Loya, owner and kitchen boss of the prestigious restaurant, El Balneario which is a modern cuisine mixing traditional with creative. Good examples of this are the boletus and wheat risotto with smoked Pria cheese and Dublin Bay prawn tails, the oven-brazed sea bass with citric oils and tomato, or the deboned suckling pig with sweet and sour fruits. |
 In addition, we offer sardines over tomato compote, fine cauliflower and crunchy leek cream, red mullet with sautéed vegetables or the ox tail with fine potato and wheat cream. All of our dishes contain the freshest ingredients and are cooked to perfection. The desserts follow the same trend: light "turrón (nougat)" cake with "turrón" dough ice-cream, yogurt soup with raspberry jelly, or coconut sorbet and pineapple. |
 The original façade of what was the ancient entrance to the palace's chapel is the main entrance to the restaurant, giving it its name. A space divided in two atmospheres, one is directed at more formal meals and the other one with a simpler design for less formal occasions. A daily executive menu is offered that consists of a typical stew as a starter and a fish or meat dish as a main course. |
 The wine cellar contains 18 Spanish wines in addition to many foreign selections, such as French, German, and American wines. The restaurant also has two private dining rooms that allow you to enjoy your meal in absolute peace and comfort. Selection of cigars.
