 Our Restaurant: Agustí Gebellí, under the guidance of the prestigious restaurateur, Enrique Martínez, prepares modernized seasonal dishes using local ingredients.
In this season's menu you will find the marinated foie and lamb carpaccio with "quicos" as a starter and the sea bream with rice and squid or the duck "magret" with vermouth and nuts as main courses. For dessert, try Lemon Verbena "cuajada" (custard) with white chocolate ice-cream.
In addition, there is a daily sampling menu (5 dishes: 2 starters, one cold and one hot; a meat dish and a fish dish) and a traditional menu (a starter, a main dish, and a dessert). |
