 Our Restaurant
"From the hand of Miguel Martínez, a unique cuisine is prepared, with a clear inspiration in the classical and regional cuisine but with recognizable innovations, always employing the typical produce of the area. His great creative ability is seen in the endless array of dishes offered- many including locally-grown fruit. For six years running the restaurant has participated in the special cuisine days dedicated to fruit held in Lleida. The participating restaurants must create menus in which fruits appear as the primary ingredients in the dishes. |
 Good examples of this are fruit gazpacho, refreshing watermelon and melon soup with mint, the cannelloni stuffed with mushrooms and wild asparagus, millefeuille of duck "magret" with foie and crystallized pear or monkfish suquet with apple and shrimp compote. Amongst other desserts, we offer a pineapple and mango mousse with mango ice-cream or the pineapple coulis with coconut foam, carrot gelée and orange with yogurt. The wine list offers the best wines from all over Spain, with a special amount of attention paid to local wines. An inviting and well-lit space is the setting for all of this. Private halls and a careful selection of cigars are available. |
