Restaurant: The professionalism of its kitchen and restaurant team, under the direction of Antonio Ángel, kitchen manager, and Antonio Pavón, head waiter, make this wide and functional locale an inviting place where a traditional cuisine is prepared with certain avant-garde touches. Exceptional fresh ingredients and meticulous preparation result in elegant dishes full of flavour. From a good, traditional, and simple dish such as potatoes with cuttlefish or the grilled seasonal vegetables, to more sophisticated dishes such as the monkfish with cuttlefish noodles and partridge vinaigrette or the Iberian pork chop with Oporto sauce and peach puree. The dessert menu contains a lot of enticing choices from the omemade "tocino de cielo" (pudding made with egg yolk and syrup) to the delicious cold milk biscuit with berries and lemon "crujiente." A modest selection of wines featuring the main regional wines as well as Rioja wines is available.

According to legend, Sevilla was founded by Hercules. It was called Hispalis under the Romans and Isbiliya with the Moors. Its high point in its history was following the discovery of America. The quarter of Triana on the other side of the river, La Macarena, Santa Cruz and San Bartolomé, the street of Las Sierpes, plus La Maestranza bullring, María Luisa park and the riverside walks are all representative images of Sevilla.
