 Our cuisine
Located on the first floor of the hotel and directly accessible from the street, the Sorolla opened its doors in Madrid 13 years ago. In 1999, the current kitchen manager, Manuel Martínez Rincón, took control of its operations. Today the restaurant prepares a cuisine mainly based around fresh, seasonal ingredients with a few modern touches: potatoes and foie "laminados" with red onion, vegetable salad, and goats cheese au gratin as starters. For main course, the main options include grilled sole with tender potatoes or sirloin tips with garlic. The desserts are equally enticing: homemade ""natillas"" (custard) with mulberry cream or the coconut rice pudding and yoghurt cream. |
 We offer two options for a fixed-price menu: the Sorolla menu that allows you to choose an appetizer, a starter, a main dish, and a dessert or the sampling menu, which consists of five dishes that allow you to try the chef´s best specialities. In addition to the warm and inviting dining room, the restaurant has four terrific private halls as well as an ample selection of cigars. Hours of operation: Monday through Sunday 1:30-4 pm and 8-11:30 pm |
 In the morning we serve an extensive breakfast buffet, where you can find fresh juices and fruits, cold and hot, coffee and tea etc. The hotel also can organise early riser breakfast upon request. You can also sip a drink in the cocktail bar or take a coffee in the café bar. Some other facilities of the hotel are: laundry and dry cleaning service, cloakroom service, car park, medical service, babysitting service (upon request) safe and car rental.
