 Restaurant: A new and innovative concept has been designed for the Prisma restaurant. Based on the success of the nhube cuisine, a similar menu has been developed with well prepared, appetizing, simple dishes which are perfect for all tastes. This includes salads, soups, fresh pasta, as well as meat and fish dishes. Complimenting this selection Monday through Friday there is a chef´s speciality, consisting of anything from traditional dishes to other tasty and popular creations. For those wanting something less formal, a selection of hot and cold sandwiches are available, served in "chapata" bread (examples include Iberian ham with tomato and olive oil, "ventresca" with peppers and black olives, Majorcan sausage with Manchego cheese, etc.), as well as the unique "chapa-pizza" also prepared with "chapata" bread and the very juicy complete sandwich. |
 Breakfast: In the morning we serve an extensive breakfast buffet, where you can find fresh juices and fruits, cold and hot, coffee and tea etc. The hotel also can organise early riser breakfast upon request.
