All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?

We are an all inclusive resort, we only offer full board. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?

The buildings have 3 floors, but no elevator, only one block, which has 6 floors has an elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes most of them, a few rooms are close to the Plaza where the evenign shows are. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
