Use of the reception Internet Point and the in-room ADSL Internet connection is included in the price. Parking is not included in the price. A 20% discount is available for guests leaving their car for at least 24 hours. The nearby gym Body Factory offers special discounts for the hotel's guests. Tourism on two wheels promotion (subject to availability): free bike rental service between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. for adults over 18 years old only (16 17 year olds must be accompanied by an adult if they want to use the bikes). | Cancellation Policy | |
Cancellation Policy - With less than 24 hours notice before arrival date 1st night will be charged. Cancellation Policy for special dates during 2012/2013: 05-08 and 27-30 April, 19-20, 25-26 of May, 08-13 October,5-08 december, 28-31 December and the 1st of January 2013. Cancellation or modification with less than 72 hours, or in case of no- show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
