  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Continental breakfast included.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Central heating included.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Without any problem.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Spanish, German, English, French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are two floors. Because it is a historical building from the 17th century which was completely reformed there is no lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    As we are in a small village all our rooms are quiet, specially the ones overlooking the mountains.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Linen and towels are included in the price and changed regulary or on request more often.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    9 of our rooms have a balcony and there is a mediterranean patio at your disposal.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    9 rooms have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    There are no smoking rooms available.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All the rooms have TV, but only Spanish channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All our rooms have telephone. Direct outside line requires a 10 Euro deposit.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Because of the location in the Sierra there is no absolut need of air condition. The south facing rooms have ventilators.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    We organize family and group dinners in the dining room or patio on request.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    There is WiFi available in nearly the whole building.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    The public pool, open in summer, is just a few hundred meters away and you et free entrance.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    There is no private parking, but also on street parking available within a few hundred meters.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You should rent the car at the airport or the train station.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Malaga Pablo Ruiz Picasso.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    The taxi from the village will be happy to pick you up or bring you back to the airport.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The bus stop in Alozaina is only 800 meters away.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Alora and Malaga.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No.
  • Are pets welcome?
    We don't accept pets, exception of guide-dogs for blind or handicapped persons.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Only WiFi in the rooms, but there is a computer with internet at your dispostion if you should it.
