• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The Price is per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, the buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, French and the most important...smile language.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel is located in an ancient monastery, so there is just the ground floor and the first floor with a lift. We are able to guest people with handicap of course.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have a couple of superior rooms (Junior), but sincerely every room is perfect for a romantic stay.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms have not a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, we have the wood windows. Because of the building's history the wall has 1.5 of deep. They are perfect to take a nap.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Most of our rooms are non smoking rooms, just twelve are smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, every room has tv, TFT 26" with DVD, MP3, DIVX and International Satellite Channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, with self control and no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, and free wi-fi in every single corner.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, both.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask at the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Madrid Barajas.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, yet.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the hotel, at Padre Claret Street.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Segovia Guiomar, high speed train station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a gym.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, the restaurant Claustro de San Antonio de Real.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
