With its French touch, old library now a restaurant, and the former dance halls which have been converted into meeting rooms, it is simply quite spectacular.  The restaurant has been situated in the old palace library. It is managed by Carlos Posada and Alfonso Gutierrez, its maitre and national "summiller", the menu is a perfect blend of international, traditional and simple cuisine.
