• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the prices. The breakfast has an additional cost.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German and French.
  
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 11 floors and we have three elevators.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are quiet, private, perfect soundproofing and bussiness.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The hotel has superior rooms with a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The hotel has some rooms with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The hotel has floors exclusively for non-smokers.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in every room with international channels.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning available with no extra charge.
  
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
  
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is an indoor swimming pool and it is open all year long in our URBAN SPA.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a public parking behind the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent at car at the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Madrid Barajas Airport only at 20 kilometres far from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have do.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance and you will find a Metro station and a taxi stop just a few yards away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the Atocha railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Located inside the hotel, you can enjoy the excellent facilities of an URBAN SPA, where you'll find a heated pool with jets of water at different levels, an Indo-Roman bath, pool of fruit, Turkish bath, grotto of frosted ice and water spray, rounded stone pool, bubble hydromassage, relaxation room, Finnish saunas and immersion bath.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  In "La Restinga" Restaurant you can enjoy international and creative cuisine. Try our seasonal menu or choose from some of the special menus our chef puts together each week.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is ADSL internet connection.
