No, they do not have. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Yes all the Club Rooms have private balcony and some suites. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, there is a satellite TV. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is direct dialling telephone. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is air conditioning and it is included in the price. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we do. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes, there is. Opening hours are from 9:00 a.m till 21:00 p.m. from Monday to Sunday. - Is parking or garage available?

Ask at the reception desk. - Which is the nearest airport?
Bilbao International Airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not have a shuttle service but we have a pickup service (extra cost). - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
