Facilities within the Property

The whole area of Los Cristianos is known for its sport facilities, and Apartamentos Plataneras follows this premise: within the property you will be able to dive in the two swimming pools, try the gym and play tennis, minibasquet, squash, football and volley. There is also a mini golf and a ping-pong table. Other services provided in the complex are 24 hours attention at the reception, an area for kids, 3 bars and a buffet restaurant. Safety boxes are available at the front desk, and there is also a programme for evening shows and other entertainment activities.

A half board system is possible if you prefer not to cook during your holidays: a breakfast buffet is served in the mornings, with the typical contents of a continental meal, and then international cuisine dishes compose the menu for dinner. If you need to check your e-mail there is an internet point at the lobby, where you must pay a certain fee per hour of use. Finally, there is a public parking lot next to the property for you to leave your car.

There are all sorts of activities to try at Los Cristianos, an old fishing village under the surveillance of the Guaza mountain: at the port, placed only 200 metres from the Apartamentos, you may fish, practice nautical sports or get on a ferry to La Gomera island: here, visit the capital and port, San Sebastián, where Columbus made his last stop before heading to America. Near Los Cristianos there is also another beautiful beach, Playa de las Américas, which is a popular resort; and 1 kilometre from the Apartamentos Plataneras, you will find an outstanding golf course where to try some shots.
