By Plane/Boat
You may reach the island of Lanzarote either by plane or boat. The local airport, Guacimeta, is placed 12 kilometres from the property, while boats coming from Las Palmas (and stopping first at Fuerteventura island) arrive in Arrecife.
By Car
Once you leave the airport at Guacimeta, take the LZ-2 motorway and then the LZ-3, which will lead you to Arrecife. Continue along the LZ-101 and then the LZ-14, which changes its name to Avenida de las Palmeras at Costa Teguise. Turn right at Calle de las Adelfas and you will find the Apartamentos Teguisol. (This journey will take you around 15 or 20 minutes).
By Bus
The cheapest way to get around Lanzarote island is to travel by bus on the local "guaguas" (that is the name locally given to the buses). Line 1 connects Arrecife, the capital, with Costa Teguise, while lines 22 and 23 reach the airport from Arrecife. The nearest bus stop to the Teguisol complex is on downtown Costa Teguise: the bus leaves you off at the Hotel Salinas, on Canarias avenue, and from there, you must walk up to Calle de las Adelfas street, turn left into it and the hotel will come into view. |
