If the guest cancels the reservation 48 hours before the check-in (12.00 midday on the arrival day) there will be no charges. When the guest cancels less than 48 hours in advanced or there is a no show, the Hotel will charge the first night.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 48 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
