  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per person per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    The buffet breakfast with full English breakfast is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    The payment of the bill is done when the guest checks-in.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Our front desk staff can speak Spanish, Catalan, English, French, German and Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Hotel Tropical has 5 floors and there is a lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, there are.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some of our rooms are equipped with a carpeted balcony facing the hotel pool.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No, we do not.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All rooms are equipped with satellite TV where the guest can watch international channels such as CNN, Eurosport, Rai Uno, TV5 Mondo or ZDF.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All rooms are equipped with a direct dial telephone which can be used to do internal (free of charge) and external calls.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All rooms are equipped with a fan, included in the price.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    We have high-speed Internet connection in the hotel lounge.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Hotel has a massive swimming-pool (22 meters long) area which is open from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    The hotel does not have a private parking. However, there is a free public parking just behind the hotel pool.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car at the reception.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    The hotel is surrounded by small shops and just 100 meters far away the guest can find a big supermarket.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Ibiza International Airport, 18 km far away from the hotel.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The bus station is just 5 minutes walking from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    There is no train service in Ibiza.
  • How far away is the beach?
    The nearest beach is 250 meters far away.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    All beaches are public.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    The hotel has a gymnasium included in the hotel rate, located just next to the swimming pool.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Pets are not accepted in the hotel.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, there is.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    All rooms have normal telephone connection where the modem can be plugged-in. We recommend the guests to use the high-speed connection service available at the hotel lounge.
