There are 5 floors and 6 elevators in the building. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All rooms are quiet, private and romantic rooms. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
All rooms have terrace with terrace furniture. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
The rooms have got terrace. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
We have non smoking rooms on request. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?

There are 4 swimming pools. 2 for adults and 2 for children. There is also an outdoor Jacuzzi. Swimming is permitted betwen 10:00 am and 08:00 pm. - Is parking or garage available?
There is a free parking outside the hotel (not private). - Where can we rent a car?
There is a rent a car inside the hotel and 2 more outside (20 m. away). - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
There are several stores and supermarket possibilities in an area of 200 m. aprox. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Los Rodeos (North airport), 20 Km. distance. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
We have no pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is the Bus Station, 300 m. distance. - Which is the nearest railway station?
There is no railway. - How far away is the beach?
The beach is 100 m. away - Is the beach private or public?
The beach is public. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
The hotel has a fitness center with Sauna ( charge ), Jacuzzi, gym, squash ( charge ), etc. Sundays closed. - Are pets welcome?
Sorry. We do not accept pets. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
There are 5 restaurants: Buffet restaurant, Barbecue restaurant, and 3 thematic ( Argentine, Italian and Canarian ). - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No sorry, we have not modem connection at the rooms.
