  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.

  The buildings has 3 floors, 2 elevators.

  Yes all our rooms are quiet.

• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, an italian balcony (no access to the exterior).
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
