  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Rates are per person per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    An included full buffet breakfast is daily served at our restaurant Los Arcos.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes you may.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Spanish, English, German are widely spoken.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    3 Floors,Main and Ground Floor.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All rooms are private and tastefully decorated in Andalusian Style.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    All rooms feature a private terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    All rooms feature a private terrace.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Non-smoking rooms are available upon request.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All rooms feature cable TV with international channels and Pay-per-view movies.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All rooms have direct dialling telephones.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All rooms have air condition/heating that can be regulated from the room. No surcharge.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    An e-mail point is available to guests beside the front desk.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    2 Outdoor Swimming pools reserved for the guests are available. One of them is heated. Pools are open all year round.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    An indoor parking is available to guests (surcharge).
  • Where can we rent a car?
    The concierge can assist you on renting a car.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Within 2 minute drive range many services/supermarkets are available. Please liase with concierge for details.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Malaga "Pablo Ruiz Picasso" international airport (AGP) is just 30 minutes drive.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Please liase with concierge/reservations to arrange private transportation from/to airport.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Fuengirola train station is just 25 minutes drive.
  • How far away is the beach?
    The beach is just 5 min drive.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    All beaches in Spain following the Spanish legislation are public.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    A fitness centre with all kind of aparatus is available only to guests. Alternatively two sauna rooms are also available. Special oriental massage treatments can be arranged.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Pets under 3kg of weight are only allowed. Please liase with the hotel directly in case of questions.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Three restaurants and 2 bars are inside the resort. Los Arcos restaurant offers International dishes with mediterranean flavours. Alternatively a Japanese restaurant is also at guest disposal.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    All public areas have WI-FI access points. In-room DSL lines are available to guests. Dial-up connections are also possible in the rooms.
