The hotel staff was friendly and corteous, except for the person working the night shift who was rude and not helpful.

perhaps the hotel, in addition to written instructions for commuters, could also hand over the telephone numbers for Taxi service, because its quite difficult to find a taxi at night.

The location of the hotel poses and inconveniet when going and returning to downtown Madrid. The price makes up for the inconvenience.
